Small Replacement Wick for use with Ashleigh & Burwood's Small Premium Fragrance Lamps.
Stone is approx 12mm (1.2cm) in diameter - about half the size of a 5c piece. The length including the stone is approx 12cm
Does you wick need replacing? Or does it just need to be woken up?
If you use your lamp regularly, the wick will need to be replaced about once every 10-12 months - or after using 8/10 500ml bottles of lamp fragrance.
Remember the tight fitting snuffer cap must be left on the lamp whenever not in use - this prevents the wick from drying out
As the stone in the wick system is a natural stone, it can sometimes become blocked with particles of dust from the air that get clogged within the stone or it can become dried out.
Before buying a new wick, try this fix on your current wick.
Simply place the stone into a small amount of lamp fragrance and allow soak overnight. Then put the wick back into the lamp, put the snuffer cap on and allso to settle for an hour or so.
Then use the lamp in the normal way.
Note that the flame on the stone should always be extinguished after 2-3 minutes - it is the heat from the stone and not the flame that works the lamp.
