What is Candle Warehouse ScentPoints?
Candle Warehouse ScentPoints is our loyalty program designed to reward you for choosing to shop with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn ScentPoints whenever you engage with Candle Warehouse, such as making a purchase, referrals, celebrating your birthday with us and sharing your love for us on social media.
The more ScentPoints you collect, the more you save. It's that simple!
How can I join?
Anyone is welcome to join! You're automatically enrolled for free when you create an account on CandleWarehouse. And, if you already have an account with us, you'll be automatically enrolled and can start picking up points.
*Please note that only one account is allowed per customer.
How do I earn ScentPoints?
You can earn ScentPoints via the following activities:
Sign up (create an account): 100 ScentPoints
New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 100 ScentPoints!
Place an order: 3 ScentPoints for every € spent
Facebook Like: 40 ScentPoints
Facebook Share: 40 ScentPoints
Instagram Follow: 40 ScentPoints
How do I redeem my points?
500 ScentPoints = €5 off coupon
1000 ScentPoints = €10 off coupon
1500 Scentpoints = €15 off coupon etc
Please note that coupons cannot be combined with other discounts including multi-buy discounts at this time. We hope to have this changed in the new future when a software update is released by the app creators
1. To turn ScentPoints into a reward, you will 1st need to log into or create your Rewards account.
2. Click on the rewards launcher on the bottom left of the screen to open the rewards panel.
3. Next, click on All rewards
If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you have collected enough points you will see a Redeem button.
Upon clicking Redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to your order.
Once a customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account for 12 months until they decide to use it on a purchase. If you do not redeem your reward it will expire after 12 months.
Please note: Unused rewards coupons and points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used. It will expire in 12 months from the date of redemption.
Is there a minimum spend to redeem ScentPoints?
No.
Can I redeem more than one coupon/discount on my order?
Only one rewards coupon can be used per order.
Do points expire?
Yes, your ScentPoints will expire within 12 months if you choose not to use them.
