Our Returns Policy
At Candlewarehouse.ie, we strive to ensure you are thrilled with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please refer to our returns policy outlined below.
Change of Mind
Our "No Quibbles" Guarantee ensures that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days. Simply provide the order number issued at the time of shipment, and we will process a full refund for the item’s purchase price.
Defective Items
We accept returns for defective items. Please note that returns for opened items are only accepted if the product is defective. For information on how to return defective items, please refer to the section "To Return an Item" below.
Delivery Charges, Gift Wrapping, and Other Services
Unless the return is due to a defect, we are unable to refund the cost of returning goods to us. However, if a delivery fee was applied, we will refund that amount.
To Return an Item - Customers in Ireland
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@candlewarehouse.ie or by phone at (045 409028). Provide your order number so we can expect your return.
Securely package the item, ensuring that the jar lid is firmly attached with masking tape or sellotape, and ideally use the original packaging. Include the packing slip in your return package.
Visit An Post's Return My Shopping page, select "Candlewarehouse.ie" from the dropdown menu, and complete the details. You can opt for collection or drop off the package at your local post office.
For returns due to a change of mind, a collection fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund. No fee applies if the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Returns from Other Countries
For returns from outside Ireland, we offer special DPD collection rates (€18.10 - €24.35, depending on the country). Please email us to arrange a collection.

Lost & Missing Deliveries
Despite our best efforts, delivery delays can occur. If your delivery seems severely overdue, please contact us at info@candlewarehouse.ie with your order number, and we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
