Free Delivery in Ireland on orders over €55 - €3.99 on orders under €55
We dispatch from Naas Co. Kildare and most orders placed by 3pm are delivered in 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
EU Delivery - €9.95 - €14.95 to 20 EU countries. As we are based in Ireland, no extra taxes or duties apply to your delivery as Ireland is within the EU.
Sending as a gift? - If the order is sent to a different person to the person ordering, we automatically leave out the delivery docket and add a card. To put a message on the card, just put the message in the comments box at checkout.
IRELAND - Delivery by An Post
We dispatch daily at 4.30pm. Currently most orders received by 3.30pm are dispatched that day (Mon to Fri) and delivered the next weekday. Christmas volumes may mean an extra day or two.

We use An Post for all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. On most orders a text or email will be sent by An Post with tracking details
GREAT BRITAIN - Due to Brexit, we no longer offer a delivery service to Britain.
EUROPE - €9.95 / €11.95 depending on the country - Delivery via DPD. 4-8day service
We Deliver to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excl Canary Islands) & Sweden
There are no additional VAT or duty charges for deliveries within EU.
We use An Post for all our our Deliveries within Ireland and DPD for European and UK deliveries.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our Returns Policy
At Candlewarehouse.ie we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Change of Mind
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, with the order number issued at the time of shipment and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
Delivery charges, gift wrapping and other services
Unless defective, we cannot refund the charges in returning the goods to us but we do refund the delivery fee if that was applied.

To return an item, please contact us by email email@example.com or phone (045 409028) letting us know to expect your return (include the order number issued at the time of shipment)
Then wrap the package securely ensuring the jar lid is secured to the jar by masking tape or sellotape and preferably use the packaging the item was sent in.
Include the packing slip.
Then simply go to An Post's Return My Shopping page, select "Candlewarehouse.ie" from the dropdown and complete the details. You can choose to have the item collected or you can drop it to your local post office.
Where a return is for a change of mind, a collection fee of €4.95 will be applied to any refund. Where the return is due to an error of ours or a manufacturing fault, no fee applies.
For returns from other countries we have special rates (€18.10 - €24.35 depending on country) for DPD collections - please email us to arrange collection.

Lost & Missing Deliveries
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue , please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number).
